Rise SATX (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a program of Rise Fashion Events, a nonprofit organization based in San Antonio, Texas. Our mission is to advance emerging talent through fashion, culture, and collaboration. By accessing our website, purchasing merchandise, or participating in any Rise SATX program or event, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Eligibility

Participation in Rise SATX programs and events is by invitation or approved application only. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove any participant or applicant at our discretion.

 

3. Merchandise Sales

All merchandise sales are processed through our official website or approved vendors.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party providers.
  • All sales are final unless an item arrives defective or incorrect.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Rise SATX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.

 

4. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns only for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, contact info@risefashionevents.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or a replacement item of equal value.

No refunds will be issued for sizing issues, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.

 

5. Events and Programming

Participation in Rise SATX events or productions constitutes agreement to the following terms:

  • You grant Rise SATX permission to use photos, video, or likeness captured during events for editorial, promotional, or archival purposes.
  • Rise SATX reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel events due to safety, operational, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Participants must comply with all conduct standards, nondisclosure terms, and communication protocols provided by the Rise SATX team.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All creative materials published on this website — including text, images, video, and logos — are the intellectual property of Rise SATX, Rise Fashion Events, or their collaborators. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
