Lena M. Timmons is a designer and producer dedicated to advancing emerging fashion through structure, mentorship, and presentation. As the founder of Rise Fashion Events and co-founder of American Fashion Lab, she has helped build a nonprofit platform that connects independent designers to professional production and industry opportunity.
A graduate of the International Academy of Design and Technology in San Antonio, where she earned her BFA in Fashion Design, Timmons launched Rise in 2018 with its debut showcase in New York City. Her leadership has since established partnerships and collaborations that highlight integrity, artistry, and access.

Through Rise, Timmons has collaborated with designers including Prajje Oscar, Jonathan Kayne, Korto Momolu, and Nora Pagel, along with several other Project Runway alumni. Her work and creative direction have been featured in Inc. Magazine, KENS 5, and RAW Artists, earning recognition for both her design vision and her commitment to elevating emerging talent.
As the creative director of the Lena M. Collection and founder of Rise Fashion Events, she continues to guide the vision of American Fashion Lab as it supports the next generation of emerging talent.
